What everything costs

Every price we charge, on one page. Four services have published monthly rates and $0 setup. Two are quoted after a scoping call, because pretending otherwise would mean quoting you a number we would have to change. Everything is month-to-month — there is no contract to sign and nothing to cancel out of.

Both include ongoing care options, quoted alongside the build. You own the system and the accounts either way.

Bundles

Most shops start with one service and add the next once the first is paying for itself. If you want more than one from the start, bundles start at $299/month and are priced on the combination — tell us which services and we will give you the number on the call, not after a form.

The most common pairing is AI Receptionist with Text-Back, because they solve two halves of the same problem: one answers the call, the other catches the caller who hung up. The second most common is adding Reviews, since a shop that suddenly answers every call has a lot more customers worth asking.

What "$0 setup" actually means

It means what it says, and here is the detail so there is nothing to discover later:

• No onboarding fee, no build fee, no activation charge on the four published services.
• Configuration is included — your scripts, your qualifying questions, your escalation rules, your review templates.
• SMS carrier pass-through is included up to 500 messages a month on Text-Back. Beyond that we bill it at cost and show you the carrier invoice.
• A2P 10DLC registration — required to send business texts in the US — is handled by us. Carrier registration fees are passed through at cost if they apply.
• Number porting is not required. You keep your number and forward to us; nothing about your carrier changes.
• No minimum term and no cancellation fee. Month to month, leave whenever.

The free pilot

Every published service comes with a free 14-day pilot on your real calls and your real customers. Not a demo video and not a sandbox — your line, your leads, your list.

The reason is simple: the only question that matters is whether it books work for you, and no amount of pricing-page copy answers that. If it doesn't, stop at day fourteen and you have paid nothing. The Text-Back pilot is capped at 25 recovered conversations, which is enough to know either way.

How this compares

We publish our prices, and we also publish where we are not the cheapest option — because you will find out anyway and we would rather you heard it here.

• AI reception. Tools like Goodcall and My AI Front Desk start below us on published rates. If you just need the phone answered and already have a system you like, they are the right answer. We have priced twelve plans against one real call profile, ours included, so you can check.
• Field service software. Jobber from $49 and Housecall Pro from $79 are excellent products that work the same day. We do not compete with them — we integrate with them, or we build the alternative when your process genuinely doesn't fit.
• Reactivation. Per-appointment pricing means a campaign that books nothing costs you nothing. Most of the market charges a retainer.

Questions we get asked

Is there a contract?

No. Month-to-month on everything published here. Build work is a fixed-price project, not a subscription.

What happens to my data if I leave?

It is yours. Call recordings, transcripts, customer records, the Zoho configuration, the website — you own all of it and we export it on request. Accounts are set up in your name, not ours, so there is nothing to hand back.

Do prices go up?

If they do, you get notice before it applies to you. We do not run introductory rates that quietly step up at month four.

Can I start with one service?

Most people do, and we would usually suggest it. Fix the biggest leak first, let it pay for itself, then add the next.

What if I need something not listed?

Ask. If it is outside what we do well, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
