These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LeadRing website (leadring.co) and any services you engage us to provide. By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

Our services

LeadRing offers AI front-office and business-systems services, including an AI receptionist, missed-call text-back and speed-to-lead, review management and Google Business Profile optimization, database reactivation, and Zoho system builds. Service features, inclusions, and pricing may change over time and are confirmed with you before you commit.

Pilots, fees, and billing

• Free pilots/trials. Where offered, a free pilot lets you evaluate a service before paying. Terms of each pilot are confirmed in advance.
• Subscriptions. Paid plans are billed monthly at the fee quoted to you, with $0 setup where stated. Plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Performance pricing. For services priced per result (such as Database Reactivation), you are billed only for qualifying outcomes as defined in your written agreement.
• Custom builds. Project fees (such as a Zoho system build) are quoted as a fixed scope before work begins.

No guaranteed results

Any statistics, ranges, or examples on our site are industry benchmarks for illustration and are not guarantees. Results depend on factors specific to your business, and we do not promise any particular outcome, ranking, or revenue.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and any access we reasonably need to deliver the services.
• Use the services in compliance with applicable laws, including rules governing calls, texts, and customer reviews.
• You own and remain responsible for your own accounts, data, phone numbers, and customer lists.

Third-party services

Our services may rely on or integrate with third-party platforms (such as Zoho, Google, telephony and messaging providers). Those platforms are governed by their own terms, and your use of them is subject to those terms. LeadRing is an independent implementer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Zoho Corporation, Google, or other named providers; all trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding on this website are owned by LeadRing and may not be copied or reused without permission. Work we build for you in your own accounts belongs to you as agreed in your service contract.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting to disrupt it, access it unlawfully, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadRing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify LeadRing against claims arising from your misuse of the services or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Bangladesh, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, with an updated date above. Continued use of the site or services means you accept the updated Terms.
